Last year on the 1st October 2008 Doug celebrated 20 years as a Real Estate Salesperson and has experienced the ups and downs of the Real Estate market. Doug has taken a great interest in Residential and Rural subdivisions and helped many clients organize their subdivisions from start to end. Doug prides himself on the fact that in 20 years he has never appeared before the Real Estate Institute for any wrong doing.
In 2008 Doug auctioned a large block of Residential Land fro the Rangiora High School which sold for $7.7 million - This was a community project and no commission was charged.
Doug has a wide knowledge of residential and rural real estate and lives on a lifestyle block at Ashley where he and his wife Julie have raised four children.
