With Nadine’s background she is well and truly qualified to make that statement! After more than seven years selling real estate in North Canterbury she has plenty of clients willing to refer her as a professional and ‘real’ salesperson! After two decades of policing Nadine’s interpersonal skills and her natural aptitude for listening and relating to people have given her the advantage of helping people get from where they’re at to where they want to be! “Real estate is no different to policing. It’s all about people and listening to what they want and it’s my job to work with them to help them achieve that result”.
Prior to moving to Rangiora in the early 2000’s Nadine was a front line Police Officer on the West Coast for many years before transferring to Christchurch Central Police. Having recently ‘discovered’ Rangiora she decided it was time for a change of lifestyle for her and her young daughter and took on real estate and has never looked back.
Although real estate has been as stressful and hectic as being a front line officer at times, it has allowed more freedom to be her ‘own boss’ and her success is evident in the fact that a lot of her business is now repeat business and referrals.
For Nadine, living is Rangiora is a lifestyle choice and the bonus of selling real estate is that she loves dealing with both people and property. Having had ‘hands on’ experience renovating and building homes, plus landscaping, Nadine is often ‘consulted’ for her personal and professional opinion on home presentation and improvements.
In her limited spare time Nadine enjoys wining, dining and motorcycling with friends.
